Review Time
Initially they mistakenly failed to ship my dive light along with my camera order. When I brought this to their attention, the company not only shipped the light immediately, but the upgraded the product to a better dive light than I had originally ordered.
The right reg but took forever to arriveAfter searching for the right combination of regs and hoses, I finally made the purchase.The delivery said 7-10 days. Around day 7 I noticed I had not received any confirmation email and it wouldn't make it in the specified time. I reach out to DRIS. Turns out an item of the bundle is in back order but they already had charged my credit card. Long story short: I had 2 interactions with support, both times they set a new delivery date. It wasn't until the 3rd time when I requested a refund that the manager confirmed they were already packing my order and would be sent that same afternoon.
