The most impressive and important aspect of ordering from DRIS is the knowledge and passion of their sales team. They are very accessible via phone, text, and email. During one recent order, I spent several hours & numerous e-mails exchanged with Mr. Fisher. He worked with me for quite some time to make sure that my order was correct and appropriate for my expectations. I really appreciate the staff at DRIS for going making me feel like I'm ordering from a "local" dive shop. They treated me as someone that visits their store in person on a regular basis.

This product was back ordered because of decreased supplies of neoprene. The staff was absolutely excellent with keeping me informed the entire time and I knew each week with the status of the order was. I received the order in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I would buy all my products from dive right in scuba in the future.
