Review Time
Delivery took 3 weeks. I had to reorder most of it from amazon to get it in time for my trip. I received an email about one of the items on the order being delayed but nothing about the entire order being held for that one item. I've always been pleased with DRIS but this order was a disappointment.
I must say that I appreciated Tim for going above and beyond to help me with my drysuit insulation jumpsuit. I had ordered a DUI xm 450 but they did not have my size in stock. Tim reached out to me to let me know that he had a solution for this, seeing that i had requested next day air I needed it asap he was able to loan me a Fourth Element 3D so I was able to complete my Deep dive Certification at Kraken Springs.
Dive Right In Scuba took me $190 for return. I already paid $58 for return shipping and I thought this cost could be reasonable for return. However, I really don't understand the $190 of transaction fee. According to their policy, it said that Dive Right In Scuba will refund full price within 60days of purchase but they didn't.I will do my best to let the divers around me know about this experience for entire my diving life and make them choose another scuba shop.It was really disappointing and terrible shopping experience.
