Would I recommend this organisation? No !Do you get the service you pay ? Yes (eventually).Please read the other 1* reviews before all the 5star reviews.I really question the legitimacy of the reviews to be perfectly honest! The 1* reviews all same to be my experience with them and therefore I find it difficult to believe the huge difference between them. Basically, you do get the service you pay for (eventually) but that and no more & at a premium! It all feels a bit unethical as you know essentially it’s a license to print money for the company that is filling a whole in the market that the nhs can’t afford, once you’ve paid all the exuberant fees your then held to ransom as each month it’s a further £45 per prescription and you still have to pay for the medication after that! In my case £38.50 at boots for the meds I’m on. I assume most companies are the same but I guess they could try more to make you feel less like a cash cow! Expect to wait on hold for long periods to get through on the phone & up to 48 hrs for email responses!
