Review Time
Today I spoke to Rebekah, the kindest soul, allowed me to open up and for the first time in my life o felt like I was talking to someone who made me feel like I was sane and normal and allowed me to cry and vent about my struggles. After 2 really bad days, she was able to help my mind settle and show me there is light at the end of the tunnel, today we booked my assessment and it’s honestly such a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you.
Sophie is an absolute asset to the team at Diverse Diagnostics.
She is understanding, empathetic and really does take every case / circumstances into consideration.
During my time being under care at diverse Diagnostics i have never faulted Sophies customer service and niche understanding of the particulars of adhd...she really gets it!

My meetings were all with Pete Downer and he was brilliant; he was kind and helpful throughout the whole process and explained everything in clear detail, making sure I understood what was happening and what the goal was at every step.There were also times when I had to email Diverse Diagnostics directly and the responses were always prompt, helpful and friendly.
I’m so grateful to Carrie. I had an ‘emergency’ consultation today, after having the worst day in work. I knew something had to give and I contacted Diverse Diagnostics. Carrie was wonderful, she listened to all my questions, listened to me speaking at 100mph, trying to say all the things that have been an issue for years.I now have a date for a consultation and really optimistic that things are going to get better.This company will not take your money if they do not feel you they can help you. That is what the initial consultation is for. I’m so glad I chose Diverse Diagnostics and actually looking forward to the future now.

Cannot recommend the company highly enough. Everyone I’ve dealt with from beginning to end has been so kind and caring. It has really made a difficult and challenging process so much easier.
