I was verbally assured by Diverse Diagnostics that I could pay for their diagnostic service in 12 monthly instalments. At the point of purchase, this payment option was not honoured and I was required to pay the full amount upfront.I rejected the contract on the grounds of misrepresentation. The company refunded part of the amount but refused to return £200.As a result of this interaction, my trust in this organisation has completely broken down, and I no longer feel comfortable allowing them to handle any screening or diagnostic work for me.I have since lodged a legal claim through the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service to recover the outstanding sum.
