Today I spoke to Rebekah, the kindest soul, allowed me to open up and for the first time in my life o felt like I was talking to someone who made me feel like I was sane and normal and allowed me to cry and vent about my struggles. After 2 really bad days, she was able to help my mind settle and show me there is light at the end of the tunnel, today we booked my assessment and it’s honestly such a huge weight off my shoulders.
