I enrolled in an online Level 2 course nearly a year ago and managed to complete several units, but it took me months to reach the end. I faced numerous technical difficulties, as the platform often lagged or malfunctioned. Customer service was nearly non-existent when I needed feedback or grading. While my peers finished their tasks and exams with other providers in just 2-3 months, I struggled to make any progress. Disappointed, I decided to switch to another educational provider, where I've already received the course materials and found the in-person training to be much more affordable than what I had initially paid. Earlier this year, I thought my progress was improving and enrolled in a Level 3 Personal Training course as well. However, since I couldn't complete the Level 2 modules, access to the Level 3 materials was automatically blocked. In contrast, the new provider allowed me to receive materials for Level 3, which has greatly helped me advance in Level 2. I sent an email to the previous provider over a week ago, but received no response. I feel completely let down and have wasted both time and money! I am requesting a partial or full refund, as I have never encountered such incompetence from a learning provider.
