I recently completed my Level 3 personal training course online and I highly recommend the company for their outstanding customer service. I was able to reach someone quickly whenever I called, which was a significant advantage. However, I did face some challenges with the online learning portal. Given my full-time job, attending in-person classes wasn’t feasible, so I opted for the online option. Unfortunately, the platform was somewhat confusing, with unclear specifications and a mix-up of Level 2 and 3 materials, both labeled as Level 3, leading to some confusion regarding the assessments. Despite these issues, the support team was always polite and made an effort to assist me. I want to extend a special thanks to the representative who went above and beyond. After several attempts to resolve my concerns, she provided the clarity I needed. She was attentive, addressed my issues promptly, and managed the assessments efficiently. Her support was truly invaluable, and I greatly appreciate her help in my success in this course.

I faced numerous technical difficulties, as the platform often lagged or malfunctioned. Customer service was nearly non-existent when I needed feedback or grading. While my peers finished their tasks and exams with other providers in just 2-3 months, I struggled to make any progress. Disappointed, I decided to switch to another educational provider, where I've already received the course materials and found the in-person training to be much more affordable than what I had initially paid. Earlier this year, I thought my progress was improving and enrolled in a Level 3 Personal Training course as well. However, since I couldn't complete the Level 2 modules, access to the Level 3 materials was automatically blocked. In contrast, the new provider allowed me to receive materials for Level 3, which has greatly helped me advance in Level 2. I sent an email to the previous provider over a week ago, but received no response. I feel completely let down and have wasted both time and money! I am requesting a partial or full refund, as I have never encountered such incompetence from a learning provider.

The recent updates have made navigating the platform incredibly easy. It's well-organized and very helpful for the start of my career. I completed my Level 3 with complete confidence in my learning.
