This was our second time using Divert, and the customer service has been very good. A special thanks historically to Teegan for her help with our first booking, and this time round Rowan and Alfie. We had to change dates for our service and both Rowan & Alfie were efficient and quick to respond to the issue and my queries. They liased with collection team, and solved the issue for us, great staff and service. Also the company used for our shredding was very good and the again the staff were polite and efficient, so we were very pleased. I would recommend divert as a company. A special thanks also to Alfie in following up after the service, to check that all had gone ok, we appreciated this.
