Signed up in August, after a few sales calls from Lisa. I explained my frustration with my current provider and Lisa ensured, DIVERT has all their own depots and lorrys.Nearly 5 months in and I have not received, 1 week of service in which i signed up for.Week in, week out a different person calls me to apologise and it just goes round in circles.Requests to speak to a manager ignored.Save yourself the headache.Edit - a manager of the company contacted me and communicated regularly to resolve the issues. So far so good, collections seem to be going well and communication is far better now.
