I found Divine Furniture online yet unfortunately I did not checked reviews and I ended up in a true nightmare! I went to their office in Arjan and order several items, they said they could customize them so I chose materials and fabrics. They promised that upfront payment would guarantee an express delivery in one week- 10 days. My order was done on 16th August so delivery would be expected even before the end of the month. They kept postponing from week to week with excuses and started to ignore my messages and repeated calls. I went back to their office several times only to receive reassurances that they would deliver within the few next days and they would offer some items for free as compensation for the long waiting; they never complied with their word. The worst thing is that every time I would go, they would schedule delivery; this happened 6 times and each time, they left me waiting for hours and hours without even bothering to take my calls and explain why they would not come. Moreover, once that they eventually replied to my Whatsap, in order to prove me that my items were to be delivered soon, they send pictures of the nightstands and they were completely different in shape and color and looked very cheap material.After almost 2 months of wasted time, that caused me an immense stress, I ended up buying the furniture from other shops; that obviously resulted in a significant loss of money. I have filed a complaint against them in Dubai Consumers Rights. It seems that we all went through the same experience so this way of dealing with customers is apparently their usual behavior. They should not be allowed to have a trade license and forced to close their business
