DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!! They took 3000 AED from us for a fireplace 1 month back and said they will deliver in 2 weeks. Now they stopped replying and keep saying they can't deliver and are not even refunding me. We got scammed!!! Will have to ask bank for the refund now!!!

If I could give them less than one star I would - I ordered a vanity back in December - they took a month to deliver the product even though the website said 8-10 days. They delivered a product which looked completely different to the website. After arguing back and forth with me they agreed to make a new one and deliver that. We are now at the end of February and we are still going back and forth and they aren’t delivering my product. I paid over 3000 dirhams for this dresser and they won’t give me a refund either. Awful communication, highly unprofessional
We ordered a chest of drawers for 1,949 AED and are absolutely shocked by what was delivered.The quality is unacceptable:poor and uneven painting, visible cracks, chips, scratches, broken screw holes, badly finished edges, and extremely cheap-looking materials. This does not resemble a premium product in any way. It honestly looks like defective or second-grade stock, not something that should be sold at this price.On top of that, the chest of drawers emits an extremely strong chemical paint smell, making it unsafe and unhealthy, especially for a household expecting a baby. This alone makes the product completely unacceptable.The overall experience was just as bad: • Delivery appointments were repeatedly postponed without notice • No proactive communication at all • The delivery was done by only a driver, not store staff • After reporting the issues, we received no response whatsoever • Calls and WhatsApp messages are simply being ignoredWe explicitly rejected the item and requested a refund, but have since been met with complete silence.For 1,949 AED, one expects quality, professionalism, and basic customer service.What we received was the exact opposite.👉 Do not order from this company.Terrible quality, terrible service, and a complete waste of time.
Absolutely horrendous! They made us pay up front and delivered our sofa and chair without any cushions. The quality is so poor and the stitching is really bad on the sofa and chairs. The items also arrived with black marks all over. Please do your research. They won’t give us our money back and we are currently having to go through consumer rights to rectify this… absolutely shocking
I found Divine Furniture online yet unfortunately I did not checked reviews and I ended up in a true nightmare! I went to their office in Arjan and order several items, they said they could customize them so I chose materials and fabrics. They promised that upfront payment would guarantee an express delivery in one week- 10 days. My order was done on 16th August so delivery would be expected even before the end of the month. They kept postponing from week to week with excuses and started to ignore my messages and repeated calls. I went back to their office several times only to receive reassurances that they would deliver within the few next days and they would offer some items for free as compensation for the long waiting; they never complied with their word. The worst thing is that every time I would go, they would schedule delivery; this happened 6 times and each time, they left me waiting for hours and hours without even bothering to take my calls and explain why they would not come. Moreover, once that they eventually replied to my Whatsap, in order to prove me that my items were to be delivered soon, they send pictures of the nightstands and they were completely different in shape and color and looked very cheap material.After almost 2 months of wasted time, that caused me an immense stress, I ended up buying the furniture from other shops; that obviously resulted in a significant loss of money. I have filed a complaint against them in Dubai Consumers Rights. It seems that we all went through the same experience so this way of dealing with customers is apparently their usual behavior. They should not be allowed to have a trade license and forced to close their business
