This Company is the worst clothing company I have ever used!!! I could not recommend them at all. I bought a Barbour Jacket from them and wanted to return it. The only person I could speak to, having phoned on numerous occasions, was a gentleman on his mobile although he professed to have a huge premises with numerous staff. I returned the jacket, tracked by Royal Mail - they tried to deliver it twice and there was no one there to receive it on both occasions. In my dealings with the company I finally got a letter from their legal department! I believe the whole company is a scam and maybe being operated from a home address and definitely does not have an authentic ‘Legal Department’. Luckily for me I was able to get compensation from Royal Mail as in transferring the parcel to another unit after they were unable to deliver it to The Devine Luxury Hub, it was lost and as I had tracked the parcel I was able to get a refund from them. The order was made innAugust/ September last year and I have only just received compensation. In short I would not recommend using this company. Regardless of the reply from the Devine Hub I do not recind any of my review. The reason the return was late was because the address given on their website did not have anyone there to accept a parcel. Also it was very strange that on numerous occasions I the phone number given fid not have anyone answering calls. I only got a response from a mobile phone from someone called James. He was the only person I ever spoke to and I’m sure it was James who most definitely responded to my review. A one man band!!!
