Ordered on 18th December to arrive as a gift in time for Christmas (order DLH1128), and it's now 22nd and order hasn't dispatched yet.Update: the CEO got in touch directly with some very decent options for resolution - on a Sunday evening - very impressed with dedication to customer service.I've updated the rating to 5/5 based on how incredibly well Zik and his wonderful team have handled this. They turned an initially worrying experience into white-glove treatment that will have us coming back.It’s encouraging to discover a business where they care about getting things right for the customer - they went far above and beyond what one could expect. If this keeps up, I wish them the well earned success they deserve.
