Ordered two flannels from this company. One came and it was completely defective. The snap was put on backwards making the shirt basically unusable. Unless you want to go around with one of the snaps unbuttoned because it's on backwards. The other shirt did not fit. Not even close. They asked me for photos of the defective shirt which I sent them. And a detailed description. I paid for the return shipping. They then charged me a return fee stating that because only one of the shirts was defective I was still responsible for the entire return fee. What was the point of me sending them photos of the defective item if they were going to charge me thrcreturn fee either way? I could have just returned the shirts and not wasted my time. And when I asked them that exact question I received a bullshit condescending email in response. So basically terrible customer service and terrible quality control. Plenty of other flannel companies out there that will actually listen to the customer and not give them shit when something is wrong.
