Just received my first 2 Dixxon flannels. Exactly 1 week from purchase to delivery from Brisbane to Sydney. I was in no rush so I’m fine with that. Had never seen or tried on in person so always a gamble with online purchases. I’m a mens xl/xxl depending on the brand so I went with xxl to be sure. They fit great with a little room to move which I prefer and the quality seems fine to me but time will tell. Got the Madison on sale for $50 and the Shadow flannel of the month for $60 plus $15 shipping. 10% off next purchase with the loyalty rewards and subscription so overall I’m very happy with this purchase and will be keeping an eye out for sales and FOTM in the future. $80-$90 is a bit steep for me but I can handle $50-$60. Hope this review helps someone that was in the same position I was before purchasing.

I spent alot of time making sure I chose the right size based on dixxons sizing info. Once I receive the 5 shirts I bought I found they were far too small. Asian size at best. Unless you can try it on first dont trust there sizes. dixxon would not allow me to exchange the shirts so I lost the sales pricing. Will not be wasting my money with dixxon again.
February 17 I receive adds for “Dixxon flannel of the month 29.99” I cannot find anything about flannel of the month. I reach out to be told “there is no flannel of the month this month” strange since the add was recurring and received in February.
I’ve been a long-time Dixxon customer and have placed many orders through the Dixxon app while logged into the same account tied to my Gmail email. I did not change accounts or my checkout process between purchases.Despite this, loyalty points were inconsistently credited to a different email/account that I never intentionally created or used. This happened even though the purchases were clearly from the same person, using the same Apple Card, with the same billing and shipping information — which customer support could see.One of the misattributed purchases occurred during a buy-12-get-13th-free promotion, which directly impacted eligibility for the free item. Splitting points across accounts also affected my progress toward a higher loyalty tier.After contacting support, I was told that accounts cannot be merged, points cannot be transferred, and no manual adjustment is possible, even for system-driven errors.The products are solid, but the loyalty program and customer support offer no flexibility or escalation when issues arise. Buyers using Apple Pay should be aware that points may not credit correctly — and there is no remedy if they don’t.
Update: The company got in contact with, apologized for all the problems. They got the items i wanted back in stock. Shipped then to me and provided a credit for the next order. I got the items and they do look good. Original post: I run between Medium and Large, on the website it says items runs large. That being said, i ordered the medium and it was too small. I have two problems with this company.1. On 12/25 i was able to start a replacement order. But they didn't hold any of the items for me. Why have me create a replacement order at that time if none of the items are going to be held.2. They started ghosting me on 12/30, Dec 23, 2025I sent them a request via email to return and get new sizes.Dec 25, 2025They sent me a link to print the return label and i was able to start a replacement order. I got the same jacket just in Large. The other jacket i got was not in stock so i had to pick another one but that's fine, i just picked something else. Dec 29, 2025I printed and dropped off the items at USPS. I emailed and let them know. They got back to me with a link to my RMA the items but one of the items had gone out of stock. I emailed them because it would not let me do anything at all, i could not complete the order, change the order, nothing. Dec 30, 2025, 1:35 PMInformed me one of the items is out of stock... ya i know. Dec 30, 2025, 1:43 PMI emailed them within 15 of their email letting them know i would take the one item left in stock and i will take a refund on this other item.Jan 2, 2026The item i requested 3 days ago is now out of stock... I email them asking for a full refund.Its been 8 business days since they last contacted me and they have not refunded my money. Company is a scam till i get my money back.
Spouse got me into Dixxon flannels around 9 or 10 years ago and there were issues with the shoulders being too narrow, which they corrected in later revisions which was great. But every single purchase I've made over the years has arrived with some sort of defect, either stitching not completed around buttons, or extra threads still left on the garment that should have been cleaned up or imperfections in the actual material itself that was deemed acceptable and sold regardless. The original Noveske flannel, The Gringo, The Shovelhead, and frisco all are a few that I've had that have had these defects unfortunately. I've got over two dozen or so flannels and was quite the supporter of the brand. However that all changed after I was received a Venkman as a Christmas gift and upon opening up the Dixxon bag it came sealed in, there was a tear in the stitching in the shoulder. My spouse had waited for this gift to arrive and they gave her a hard time about tracking then when this defect was discovered the return process was non-existent. They gave her a runaround by dragging communication on, not providing customer service to have shipping refunded or garment replaced, I was just left with a gift that was damaged and packaged/sold by Dixxon and they wouldn't step up and make it right at all for my spouse and that set the tone and my lack of support for Dixxon after that.
