As regular customers, we were shocked by the poor quality of the food. The chicken appeared unclean, and the overall state of the establishment was concerning. It's disheartening to see such standards, especially when seeking halal food that meets our values. We strongly advise against visiting this location again, as our experience was unacceptable.

I ordered through a delivery platform and specifically requested no mayonnaise on my burger due to allergies, but received it anyway, forcing me to discard the food. Additionally, a drink I ordered was missing, resulting in a disappointing experience for £16, receiving only a drink and a small portion of fries.
I was appalled by my experience at this location. The service was slow and disorganized, and hygiene standards were alarming. I observed a staff member handling food with the same gloves he used to touch his phone, without proper hygiene practices. Furthermore, the chicken I received was raw inside, leading to severe food poisoning for both me and my partner. This poses a significant risk to public health, and I will be reporting this incident. Please avoid this place for your safety.
It shouldn't be so difficult to get six items delivered correctly. While the delivery time was acceptable, half of my order was missing. I couldn't message for a quick resolution as the status showed it was still en route. I wish there was a messaging option instead of having to call, especially with three hungry kids waiting.
