We ordered a pagoda paid and was advised by email that it would be received the next day( which is what it said when purchased ) (next day delivery) never arrived, no communication. We attempted to speak with someone who said we needed to speak to the supplier who was 3rd party. They said it was still with them and would be delivered by the end of the week. Today we called again and were told it had been delivered. Sent photo. It wasn't our address!!
Terrible customer service and lack of communication and tracking.
