Getting the items online was easy enough and the delivery was grand as got phone calls all the way until items were delivered. I need one item to be returned and can't take it back to the shop myself as its to heavy. I have emailed a couple of times. Got an answer after telling them I already emailed twice. Gave them all the information they needed and haven't heard a word since about the collection. I did make a phone call as well where the customer advisor kept telling me that my phone line was breaking up but I could hear her quite plainly
