23rd February - 07.30 - call from the delivery driver wanting to know if there was someone in the house to help bring everything in as his helper was out sick, he was told 'NO'. He arrived anyway, at 09.30. My daughter was at her home on her own, she told the guy there wasn't anyone to help. He aggressively informed her unless he received help, the kitchen would be brought back and she'd be lucky to have it in another 2 weeks. Feeling coerced, she was forced to carry the heavy items in with a supposedly able bodied 'man'. Outrageous.
I, personally don't have a problem helping but threatening a woman that she wouldn't have her kitchen for another couple of weeks while having prebooked a fitter, plumber and electrician for the next couple of days.
Why do I have to give a 'star' rating at all.
Never, ever, ever, ever again.

Convenient purchase process, but poor box quality

The online buying experience and click and collect service were seamless. However, the quality of the moving boxes was disappointing; they felt quite fragile given their size.

Frustrating experience with damaged delivery

I had to order my second door for a kitchen cabinet separately due to the confusing description on the website, which fails to clarify the package contents, such as the number of items. A simple alert message when creating the basket would have been helpful. The door finally arrived yesterday, but one corner is severely damaged, which I couldn't notice during the delivery inspection. There was no corner protection. In comparison, other furniture retailers ensure their items are well-protected during transport, minimizing the risk of damage. I even have a video documenting this experience. Now, I must visit the store to request a replacement door. My main frustration lies in the store's lack of stock; we had to wait a month for delivery, only to receive a damaged product, delaying our project by two months. To make matters worse, the website shows no available doors! For the second part of the order, the packaging was opened underneath, but thankfully, nothing was damaged or missing. As a loyal customer, this has been extremely disappointing and a significant waste of time.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience. I waited all day for an order that was confirmed, but there was no communication from the driver. They wouldn’t answer the phone. I called the customer service team, and they were even less helpful. They had no idea when the order would arrive. I'm still trying to get in touch with them today, and they still have no information.

Avoid the delivery option

Steer clear of the delivery option. I waited all day, even received an email confirming it was out for delivery, but nothing arrived. I can't reach the support team. I really should have chosen a different seller.

Over 4 months for delivery

It took over 4 months to receive the items we ordered for our kitchen. We experienced several failed delivery attempts and had to refuse them repeatedly. Who is managing this operation? There seems to be a lot of inefficiency. I was initially offered a direct payment of 50 euros, but it turned into a voucher in September. Now in December, the voucher hasn’t arrived due to 'IT issues' with no timeline for resolution. It's hard to believe; sending a gift voucher shouldn’t be this complicated. Avoid this situation.

Poor online service

I had a terrible experience with online service. I ordered a Christmas tree on November 14th, and as of December 4th, it still hasn't arrived. There was no communication from the company. When I called, I was told it was coming from another country, and then I received an email stating my refund would be processed soon. What a disappointment. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Failed delivery experience

I ordered online with an expected delivery in 3 days, but it never arrived and I received no updates. I ended up making numerous calls and sending multiple emails to customer service, which were unhelpful. The store's phone just rings without answer. Now it's been 35 days with no goods or refund. Terrible service. I advise against ordering online from them.
