Extremely slow shipping times

Shipping times within the US are excessively long. It's been 10 days since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive it. I'm unsure why the shipping process is so delayed, especially since orders labeled as "wholesale" ship within 5 days. Despite spending over $100 on my order, I'm still waiting and losing numerous clients in the process!

They canceled my product, I don't know why they just canceled it, I think it's very rude, I was waiting for the products with excitement, I wouldn't order again

It said my order would arrive in days…

It said my order would arrive in days and it took weeks. It also said it would ship from the US. It did not. If you need product quickly I would look somewhere else.
