I never received my item. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told it had shipped, yet I never got a tracking number. I reported the situation and filed a claim with my bank. This service feels like a scam. I strongly advise staying away!

Excellent service but still awaiting replacement

I placed my order in September 2025 and everything was great until I requested a replacement for my shirt to ensure a better fit. I was advised to keep the one I received and pay $30 for shipping on the new replacement, which I did. I notified the seller about this back in September 2025, but despite sending multiple inquiries about the status, I have yet to receive the new item. My original purchase was made at the end of April 2025, and I received it in mid-September 2025, taking nearly five months. I ordered the replacement at the end of September 2025 and am still waiting, with no response to my previous emails. I'm giving a 5-star review due to the courteous offer to replace, but I'm still hoping for the arrival of the new item soon.

Consistent Quality and Authenticity

We have placed orders with this company on two occasions. The last time, shipping took longer than expected. I ordered on 11/6/25 and received my items on 11/24/25, despite paying for expedited shipping. However, all the jerseys we received were excellent and looked authentic. I would definitely order from them again, but it's important to allow sufficient time for delivery.
