I ordered my drone from the company and was pleased with the ordering process; it was delivered quickly and arrived in good condition, thanks to a very friendly delivery driver. However, the drone had a fault, and when I contacted the support team, I was informed they couldn't provide technical assistance and advised me to reach out to the manufacturer directly. I felt a bit brushed off at that moment. When I called the manufacturer, my call was answered immediately, and the representative was friendly and helpful, though unable to resolve the issue. I was instructed to return the drone, and I received a QR Code to send it back, which I did that afternoon. After a few communications, I was informed that a replacement drone would be shipped within 24 hours, and true to their word, it arrived the next day. Everything seems to be resolved now. Although I felt somewhat dismissed initially by the support team, I’m glad it ended well. Would I buy from the company again? Absolutely, as their drones are excellent. This is my third model, having owned the previous versions as well.
