I have been a customer with them for over eight years now (I. e. since mid 2015).They were a great bank until ca. 2019/2020 - the online portal was convenient to use, the service was responsive, they offered good products with an excellent price-performance ratio, and they were great to use during my international travels.Then they screwed up their app(s) - suddenly one had to use two different apps if one used 2FA via app - good thing I still used my hardware token generator, because the apps were hardly usable and quite buggy.Then, eventually they successively increased their fees, reworked their card system, made negative headlines with security issues, bad customer service and erroneous debits from customer accounts that could not be resolved, and, most importantly, they foisted their new contract terms on me during a mandatory update to the app, without making it overly transparent that this would mean significantly increased fees. Therefore I do no longer consider them a trustworthy business partner, or someone I would entrust my money with.
