I couldn't find any faults with the outstanding service! They called to arrange a collection time for my vehicle. The representatives on the phone were wonderful. The gentleman who picked up my car arrived punctually, explained everything, and was cheerful, which truly makes a difference. The repair was excellent and completed quickly, with regular updates throughout. When my car was returned, the service was just as remarkable as during pickup. My car was even cleaned.
