From the initial damage inspection, to collecting my vehicle, completing the repairs, and returning it, I was kept informed and updated throughout. They met all the deadlines they provided. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

The quality of the repair appears to be of a very high standard. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking. The interior was still quite dusty upon return, and there was dust/residue in the engine bay, causing heavy smoking and a strong smell when the vehicle was driven.
I received absolutely great service after a minor dent on my vehicle. They picked up and dropped off my car, even though it was quite a distance away, and completed the repair quickly within a few days. They even returned the car cleaned and valeted. Regular updates on progress were offered as well. Highly recommend this professional service!

I couldn't fault the time it took to repair the car; however, the replacement mouldings were poorly fitted, leaving gaps on the wheel arch and driver's door. The driver's side wheel arch is very loose, and there is white paint on the moulding of the rear driver's door that won't come off. They were supposed to replace some bodywork after a no-fault accident, but a part of the wing edge was bent, causing a loud crack when the door is opened. Unfortunately, I was not given time to inspect the car before it was returned, and the person delivering it had already signed my paperwork. This seems questionable. They also drove my car without permission. I'm now waiting for my car to be recollected next week and for another hire car to be provided. This will likely need to be arranged by the service as the poor repair must be rectified. Such an inconvenience!
