I couldn't fault the time it took to repair the car; however, the replacement mouldings were poorly fitted, leaving gaps on the wheel arch and driver's door. The driver's side wheel arch is very loose, and there is white paint on the moulding of the rear driver's door that won't come off. They were supposed to replace some bodywork after a no-fault accident, but a part of the wing edge was bent, causing a loud crack when the door is opened. Unfortunately, I was not given time to inspect the car before it was returned, and the person delivering it had already signed my paperwork. This seems questionable. They also drove my car without permission. I'm now waiting for my car to be recollected next week and for another hire car to be provided. This will likely need to be arranged by the service as the poor repair must be rectified. Such an inconvenience!
