Worst legal firm I have dealt with wish I never had. My Case handler has ignored all requests from me, despite me offering to settle with third party he has continued to push for his own commission gain and now I will more than likely be left out of pocket. He has also ignored requests of me asking him to call me to discuss, only sending messages on the portal. Tried to ring to be told he is unavailable but this call handler agreed he should have accepted the offer when I asked last month. Worst experience would recommend to avoid this company.
