Extremely disappointing experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your purchases. The returns policy is severely limiting, especially for those preparing for Christmas or planning ahead. I ended up with items that are unwearable due to sizing issues—bracelets are too tight for an average wrist, and the jewels are so tiny that a magnifying glass is needed to see them. I made my purchase during a promotional event for Christmas, only to find myself outside the 30-day return window, which was cut short by 14 days due to the event. This is unacceptable and lacks transparency! It does not compare favorably with other retailers during the holiday season. I would never consider shopping here again. The quality is poor, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. The returns timeframe during such sales is illogical for consumers. We shop during these events to prepare for Christmas, a time often for gifting. Having to return a gift just two weeks before the holiday is absurd. What a misguided policy that claims to be customer-friendly! Truly frustrating!
