I’m located in Canada, and for whatever reason when I was trying to check out during their Valentines sale, it wasn’t giving me Canada as an option for location from the drop down menu. So I reached out to them via WhatsApp and they were able to help me with my order directly through my email. They made the entire experience super easy, they were very accommodating, and they honoured the sale price even after that sale had ended. This is my first time ordering with them, so I can’t review anything on the quality yet, but so far my experience with the company has been great.
The customer service reps at D. Louise care tremendously about the customer experience. I had a necklace that broke soon after I received it. Their team immediately offered to send me a new one and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was refreshing to email with real people, who truly care about the quality of their products and their services.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive an extra 10% off my order because of a glitch on the company's website that initially caused my order to fail and cancel. I decided to reorder, even though one item was sold out, as I still wanted the other piece. I absolutely love the company—their jewelry is stunning, timeless, and genuinely waterproof (believe me, I have a condition that makes me sweat a lot 😉).
I'm absolutely in love with this jewelry! The designs are stunning, the quality of the pieces is exceptional, and the packaging is lovely. I encountered a small issue with a bangle I ordered, but it was resolved swiftly, and the customer service was outstanding. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Extremely disappointing experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your purchases. The returns policy is severely limiting, especially for those preparing for Christmas or planning ahead. I ended up with items that are unwearable due to sizing issues—bracelets are too tight for an average wrist, and the jewels are so tiny that a magnifying glass is needed to see them. I made my purchase during a promotional event for Christmas, only to find myself outside the 30-day return window, which was cut short by 14 days due to the event. This is unacceptable and lacks transparency! It does not compare favorably with other retailers during the holiday season. I would never consider shopping here again. The quality is poor, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. The returns timeframe during such sales is illogical for consumers. We shop during these events to prepare for Christmas, a time often for gifting. Having to return a gift just two weeks before the holiday is absurd. What a misguided policy that claims to be customer-friendly! Truly frustrating!
