I’m located in Canada, and for whatever reason when I was trying to check out during their Valentines sale, it wasn’t giving me Canada as an option for location from the drop down menu. So I reached out to them via WhatsApp and they were able to help me with my order directly through my email. They made the entire experience super easy, they were very accommodating, and they honoured the sale price even after that sale had ended. This is my first time ordering with them, so I can’t review anything on the quality yet, but so far my experience with the company has been great.
