I would give it 0 stars if I could.$1000 completely down the drain. Our kit has been sitting in their lab for 32 weeks now with no sign of ever being tested. Trying to get a refund is hopeless. Their emails are passive aggressive and lack any info on why this expensive product is taking so long. There is absolutely no expected timeline at this point. I hope nothing but the worst for this absolutely garbage company.
