After submitting my challenge fee, they failed to recognize my payment. Following 14 days of disputes and providing evidence, they finally acknowledged the payment in their system after numerous excuses. What's even more frustrating about the refund process is that they are demanding 30 USD to return my money. This is absurd, considering I only sent them 3 USD initially. I feel like I've been scammed. It's up to you to make your own decision.
