I have never contacted a real person so far. Seems to be an automatic reply. Have a 10k instant fund and a competition coming up im entering into. My worry is that I'm about to put time into this and find out it's all a scam. I know uv got a lot to do but if I build to a large payout am I not gonna get it because I averaged into a negative position over 10 min even if I profit? Like a few have said. Not well explained.

I reached out to the support team for clarification, but they failed to provide a clear or technical response. They mentioned that holding trades over the weekend is seen as a 'soft breach,' yet this rule isn't clearly stated on their official site or in the trading guidelines. This lack of transparency makes it feel like accounts can be liquidated at any moment. I strongly caution traders to be wary. If a platform can induce abnormal price fluctuations and then hold traders accountable without clear rules, it’s just a waste of time and resources. I would not recommend using this service.
After submitting my challenge fee, they failed to recognize my payment. Following 14 days of disputes and providing evidence, they finally acknowledged the payment in their system after numerous excuses. What's even more frustrating about the refund process is that they are demanding 30 USD to return my money. This is absurd, considering I only sent them 3 USD initially. I feel like I've been scammed. It's up to you to make your own decision.
My payout was denied due to a 40% rule. They took my profits after my first request in three months. They make false promises and reset accounts. Now, I have to wait even longer to request a payout again. Please save your time and money. They favor gamblers over consistent traders.
