I would rate DNA 0 out of 5 (0/5).
I made a simple mistake by using a nickname instead of my real ID card name during account creation. When I reached the payout stage, they accused me of having a secondary account just because another account existed with my real name.
This makes no sense. Judging multiple accounts based only on names is completely unprofessional. They should verify accounts using proper documents, not assumptions. Even more, there was no IP match or any solid evidence linking multiple accounts to me.
I attempted KYC 2–3 times, but it kept failing. Instead of helping, they suddenly emailed me saying my account was suspended from payout. When I checked my dashboard, the payout option was completely blocked — despite my funded account being in 5% profit.
What’s worse is that they never provided any clear reason or evidence for this action. No transparency, no proper support — just straight account restriction.
I previously failed a 5K 2-step challenge with DNA, but I came back, passed again, and this small issue (not updating my dashboard name) led to full account termination. That’s unacceptable.
Top prop firms like Funded Hive or Goat Funded Trader handle such minor issues professionally and resolve them quickly. DNA, on the other hand, turns small mistakes into account-ending problems.
I’m sharing my honest experience so new traders stay aware: Avoid DNA. They overreact to minor issues and lack proper support and fairness.
I will definitely share this experience on Trustpilot and other platforms.
In my opinion, props like DNA don’t even deserve a 1/10.
At the end, the choice is yours — but I’d strongly recommend going with more reliable and professional prop firms at the same price.
