Ordered a large item for delivery within 10 days. Phoned customer service to check order as it said dispatched but had not arrived a week later. The lady who I spoke to at customer services was possibly the most unhelpful and
rude Customer ‘service’ agent that I have ever spoken to and told to call back after ten days, which I did. To be told that the agent did not know how to cancel the order and somebody would contact me. It was eventually refunded
Id never order from them again.
