Pleasantly surprised. A great offer came up on Insta advertising and I went for it but then worried it was a scam. Within a few days, the snowdrops in the green turned up, all alive and looking great. Very satisfied as great value too.
I ordered two packs of garlic and two packs of narcissus. The narcissus were in good condition—firm and papery. However, the germidour garlic was sprouting, with some being soft and moldy. The other pack was yellowed and slightly soft, but I planted them with hope.
I received bulbs from the service today that are completely unacceptable—more like refuse than a product. My initial order a few weeks ago was also disappointing, with a similar poor selection. When I contacted the support team, they noted my complaint and promised to ensure replacements were properly checked for quality. Clearly, no such inspection occurred, as I received more of the same low-quality items. When ordering bulbs, I expect them to be healthy and of appropriate size. It's concerning that the service allows such a lack of quality control, especially in a competitive market.
Excellent product with prompt delivery and regular updates from the courier. The roses were well packaged and appeared very healthy. I appreciated the helpful advice provided via email. These trees are a gift, and I’m confident they will be cherished and look stunning in their new environment.
