Everything went wrong. I ordered 2 clematis. I received 3 Hedera.
The conversation on the telephone was difficult. Now I am left with 3 Hedera - I was told to keep them - which (hardly surprising) nobody wants, so I will probably put them in the compost bin, and I am still waiting for the second clematis.
The upside was that the 3 Hedera were amazing quality. The downside was that the clematis I received was damaged at the tip because it was not packaged sufficiently well. I will think carefully before buying from you again.
