I received bulbs from the service today that are completely unacceptable—more like refuse than a product. My initial order a few weeks ago was also disappointing, with a similar poor selection. When I contacted the support team, they noted my complaint and promised to ensure replacements were properly checked for quality. Clearly, no such inspection occurred, as I received more of the same low-quality items. When ordering bulbs, I expect them to be healthy and of appropriate size. It's concerning that the service allows such a lack of quality control, especially in a competitive market.
