If I could give them a negative rating, I certainly would. The dress I ordered in a small size arrived three months later as an XL jacket that bore no resemblance to my order. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times via email, but received no response at all. The quality of the jacket I never ordered was laughable, to say the least. I strongly advise against ordering from them. It's a dreadful experience.
This business is a total scam! Buyer beware. They offer free shipping, then when the order finally arrives (took more than 6 weeks) they attempt to collect $16 for shipping. I refused the package and was told that if I still wanted it they would redeliver it for yet another additional fee!! I asked for a full refund and it was denied! I’m out $86…..save your money and your aggravation.
Dress size is inaccurate, Bought a size 8 and its more like a 12. Can not wear the dress!! When payment was processed the shipping was double charged. They will not refund the charge.They are only wanting to give me an $8 credit for the dress. That cost $58. I want to return the item for a refund and they are refusing my return! AVOID buying from Doclothes. I hope to have them removed from facebook!
The site keeps removing my 1 star review and comments.FAKE denim and HORRIBLE customer service. Their refund policy is laughable, my total with tax of $18.90 (which my state does not even have a sales tax) was $58.51.....they offered me $4 for a refund.
I ordered 3 items. Shipping took forever. Over 4 weeks. When i did finally receive my package, it had only 1 item in it. Of course, it was not an item I ordered. The Jean material on this item is not Jean. It is a very cheap illusion of jean. Looks ridiculously cheap. When i go to the website to look up my order, it now conveniently says my account is locked. No surprise. Worst company ever. Do not order from them. The cloths are nothing like they show on the website. I am currently attempting to get my money back.
I’m still in a state of shock! Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered some dresses to take on a vacation and they never arrived before I left. When I got home, I promptly packed them up. The packages were unopened. You have to contact them to get their address so I did and they and they were sorry that my dresses were late and offered $12 instead of the $114.PLEASE save yourself the trouble of buying from this company. If you don’t love what you get, good luck returning it. I’m going to attempt to contact the Better Business Bureau, also. This is the first bad review I have ever given because I’ve never wanted to adversely affect anybody’s business because mistakes can happen.
