The return policy is extremely disappointing. They promote a sale but then include in fine print that it's a final sale. I'm now at a loss of $550. Avoid doing business with this service. They claim to offer hassle-free returns, yet they charge for returns. It may seem easy to find the statement about having 45 days, but that's misleading. You actually have only 21 days to receive a refund, and 45 days for store credit exchanges. It's difficult to navigate the website to even find how to initiate a return. They may be running a big sale, but returning items is not an option. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Their return policy is outright misleading—anything marked "on sale" is final sale and non-returnable, leaving me $150 short after buying multiple sizes to ensure a proper fit. The sizing was significantly off. I haven’t been able to contact customer service at all. I will never shop with this company again and advise others to steer clear.
Caution - there are significant fees for returns, regardless of the reason. My first and last order was a lovely dress that unfortunately didn’t flatter, so it had to be returned. I learned a $12 lesson. There are many comparable sites that offer better customer service, especially at this price point.
I ordered boots for my wife. They fit a bit large, so I returned them since the size we needed was out of stock. I paid $265, but received only a $199 refund. They charged me taxes and additional fees again. Avoid this company—if you need to return items due to sizing issues, you will incur extra charges. I lost $65 because the boots were too big and a smaller size wasn’t available. My wife loves their clothing, and I had planned to buy more, but not anymore. Customer service is lacking.
I still haven't received my order, even after paying an extra $36 for overnight shipping! It's been three days since I placed the order—no confirmation, no tracking number, nothing! There’s no way to contact them; they don’t respond to emails or texts, despite claiming that’s how to reach them! No phone contact options either! This is unacceptable! I ordered three dresses and spent $370, and I’m starting to worry! Will I ever get the dresses I needed? Or will I get my money back? I feel like this will be a huge issue. Terrible experience! I will never order from them again!
I have around ten dresses from the company, and all have been of excellent quality. They are on the pricier side for my taste, but as a member of a specific community, most of their clothing is perfectly modest. I’ve returned items that were too big or too small, and the process was very straightforward. I love their sales, especially the 60% off ones, which is when I do most of my shopping.

I wear their dresses to work, and the natural fabric ones are my favorites. The smocking is so comfortable! I can easily tell the difference in quality when I see similar styles from fast fashion brands. I lean towards casual dresses since I don’t have many occasions, but I also purchased a fancier one for a wedding, and it was lovely. Their customer service has always been responsive and helpful. I frequently browse their website for new items! The only reason I don’t own more dresses is that they are slightly out of my current budget.
