Disappointing experience with the product and return process

I received the item I ordered, but it was completely non-functional. When I reached out for assistance, I was informed that I would have to return it at my own cost to China. Despite having a warehouse in the US, I was unable to return it there. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Beware of the return policy

Beware of the return policy. It does not state that your return will cost you over a hundred dollars. This all feels very deliberate because they know you will not want to return your product if you have to pay that much for shipping. I will never order from this company again. It also took 2 months to receive my item. The shipping label was created but the product didn’t actually ship for nearly 2 weeks. They kept telling me it shipped but it had not. The product itself was fine. I will give it that. Not the highest of quality but was relatively the same as the image. It was overpriced for what it was.

These lights are all cheap lights MADE…

These lights are all cheap lights MADE in CHINA and shipped from Dongguan. First of all, the selections are definitely prettier than what i could find elsewhere, so I ordered two lights. They say it's compatible to North America but cannot provide UL certification which means there is a risk it is not compatible, will burn your house, and insurance will not pay for it. I was exactly what I wanted to avoid, but the return policy is horrendous and I'm stuck with this scam chinese lights that can be UNSAFE.

Docus lighting - excellent quality and service

Using Trustpilot, I learned from other Docos purchasers of their great experiences and confidence in Docos. I had the same. Customer service was quick to reply and keep me posted on arrival dates which were practically exact as originally proposed. Quality was impeccable and style unique. Perfect for my dining room table.
