Ordered 1 x 3M asbestos mask from them. It took more than two weeks to arrive. I live in South Australia. I didn't get a confirmation email - had to contact them multiple times to try and get tracking info/ suss out if I had been scammed or not. Turns out I had not been scammed but they are just terrible at communication, customer service and timely deliveries. Joyce in customer service was not a good experience - could barely hear her - kids screaming in the background. Then she called me back again the next day, having forgotten she had spoken with me the previous day. Would recommend NOT purchasing from Absafe. If you do and you have issues, go straight through to sales to sort it out as customer service is abysmal. Even Tim in sales admitted to me that it wasn't good enough. Tim was the only good experience I had with this company. I ended up telling him I wanted a refund as more than two weeks delivery between SA and Melbourne is completely unacceptable and delayed my project. The day I asked for a refund, what magically turns up that same day? The mask.
Just avoid Absafe! The headache is not worth it. Purchase from a more reputable company. Do better Absafe.

Absafe discounted products on their website without stipulating the reason. You believe you are getting a good price. However once you receive the goods you realise the 10 year life of the product is almost 4 years in. This review has been written in an attempt to get response and resolution.
Ordered a pair of OLIVER 240MM PULL ON RIGGERS BOOT (65-493) - 100% WATERPROOF. The boots were over $50 cheaper than the nearest competitor. Placed order from Sydney, late Saturday night and boots arrived from Melbourne via Aust' Post on Thursday. Full tracking with signature required at my end. Excellent product and excellent service. Couldn't be happier. 10/10.
Bought a pair of boots for $195 after a couple of months the upper split rending them useless. They claimed it was Fair Wear and Tear. I went to Consumer Protection who assessed the case and ordered them to pay a refund. Very poor customer service, almost rude. Don't buy from this company!
Hands down the worst customer service I've encountered shopping online. After receiving zero communication for three weeks about some slings I ordered, I place a call to find their whereabouts. They hadn't even been dispatched. I requested that they now be sent express, at no extra cost.The slings are still yet to arrive. Ordered two months ago.Companies like this are the reason Australians shop overseas.
