My interaction with this company and with Constance Dittrich and her team was a nightmare from start to finish. After trying for weeks to get answers to my basic questions and a clear date for the packers to come I finally fired her and her team today. She made promises she did not keep, asked me to complete and return a form which was clearly titled ‘for use for commercial shipments from Canada’! (My shipment was personal household goods from Mexico!) She said it didn’t matter! She asked for may passport and visa (I see from other comments that she should not have done that). And she had Mexican Customs valuing a couple of my household sculptures at 77,000 dollars!, clearly thinking I was an art dealer rather than an old lady returning to England with my household goods. This has cost me. Lot of lost sleep and has delayed my departure and I now need to start over with a reputable company, but at least I won’t have to deal with such a terrible level of incompetence and indifference. I think I dodged a bullet. Beware! (note: I am not a complainer and do not tend to write reviews, but this was a truly awful experience.)PS. I have since realized that a document they asked me to sign immediately, describing a value of US$77,000, should have gone to a different customer who was shipping to Ireland! This company offers nothing but excuses.
