I had a package stuck at Thai customs for over a month.It was a very sentimental item, and I could not afford to have it lost or “misplaced”.
I tried and tried multiple times to get things sorted via UPS, and each and every time, they were unable to resolve the issue. I found Docshipper through Google and reviews, and they managed to clear my package in under 12 hours! A massive shout out to both Yanis H, and Joshua S. if it wasn’t for these guys, who knows where my package would be now.
These guys are extremely professional, and will make sure they deliver on what they say, in record breaking time. The package was due to be delivered on Monday, and today, as I type this, it’s Saturday and it’s already been received by the recipient.
