Doctolib used to send reminders by SMS and email in the past. I started trusting them and relying on them. Yesterday Doctolib sent me only an email reminder hours after the appointment time. I missed my appointment and now I expect a no-show fee of more than 100 euros from the clinic. Thanks Doctolib, great job!
