Very Frustrating Booking Experience

Scheduling my appointment was very frustrating. I booked through the website, but cancelling online isn’t possible. I’m required to call instead. If I can book online, I should be able to cancel the same way. Making an international call just to cancel is outdated and unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.

Unacceptable Cancellation Policy

The system is very frustrating. I booked my appointment online, yet cancelling it online isn’t an option—they require a phone call instead. If I can book online, cancelling should be just as easy. Being forced to make an international call to cancel is completely outdated and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service.

Poor User Experience and Security Concerns

My spouse made an appointment for me and provided her contact number. The service won’t let me create an account without using her number, which is linked to her own account. Additionally, access to medical records is denied unless the email matches exactly what was given to the provider. Each provider has a different tracking email, which helps manage data privacy but complicates things. The reliance on phone numbers and emails for security is concerning, as both can be insecure. It would be beneficial if the service allowed for a one-time code to access records instead. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously; the idea is great, but improvements are necessary.

Need for English Menu

As an English-speaking immigrant, I wish there was an English option in the category menu. The app and website start in English, but the category menu switches to the local language, which I find challenging.
