Scheduling my appointment was very frustrating. I booked through the website, but cancelling online isn’t possible. I’m required to call instead. If I can book online, I should be able to cancel the same way. Making an international call just to cancel is outdated and unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.

This service is a lifesaver! For those of us who aren't fluent in the local language, it simplifies the appointment booking process immensely. Plus, the notification feature for earlier appointment availability has been incredibly helpful. Thank you for addressing such a significant issue for patients.
My spouse made an appointment for me and provided her contact number. The service won’t let me create an account without using her number, which is linked to her own account. Additionally, access to medical records is denied unless the email matches exactly what was given to the provider. Each provider has a different tracking email, which helps manage data privacy but complicates things. The reliance on phone numbers and emails for security is concerning, as both can be insecure. It would be beneficial if the service allowed for a one-time code to access records instead. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously; the idea is great, but improvements are necessary.
