I had to contact my GP to get clarification, and they advised me to request more information from the service. After making another appointment, I asked them to reach out to my GP again, but a week later, my GP still hadn’t received anything. How many appointments does it take to get a proper referral for a simple blood test? I invest significant time and energy into this service, yet I am continually disappointed. I wish my company's insurance utilized a more effective service.
