I use this service as part of an insurance plan. Pros: Easy to book appointments almost any day, with many same-day options available. You can filter for specific healthcare professionals (though often you're assigned 'advanced healthcare practitioners,' which may not be ideal). You receive notes and referral letters promptly after the appointment, and doctors verify location and identity before starting. However, the experience varies greatly depending on the doctor. Often, I find myself doing much of the work during the appointment—repeatedly answering questions about my condition and symptoms. A significant portion of the time is spent on them typing, and the outcome is often just a referral to my GP or 'monitoring' my situation. I've been asked what outcome I expect from the appointment—how can I know? GPs frequently state they can't refer for blood tests, which wasn’t clear when I enrolled. I've had blood tests through my insurance but needed to see a specialist first. Some GPs have been dismissive or rushed, while others have genuinely helped. The healthcare system is such that GPs act as gatekeepers to specialists. From a usability perspective, it’s perplexing that I must manually send referrals after they are generated—there’s a lot of back and forth between the service, my insurance, and another entity. Additionally, the doctors don’t have access to my complete medical record, leading to repeated information sharing, which is exhausting. Overall, it has great potential but is clearly not designed with the needs of patients and doctors in mind.

The only reason I deducted one star is that the doctors take a considerable amount of time to log in, and I’ve been left waiting for 5-10 minutes at times due to "technical issues"—perhaps that's an area they could improve. You should definitely consider booking here; it’s very easy to get appointments for the next day, though same-day options are rare.
Unsatisfactory customer support that tends to talk over you and fails to understand that a child account requires an adult on the policy. They refuse to assist, which is quite confusing, and I plan to cancel after being with them for over two years.
